1. Are you expensive at Adelaide Dentalcare? 
   We believe that our fees reflect the qulaity of service and standards of care our patients receive.  At the initial consultation the dentist will discuss with you your dental needs. All costs and treatment options will be presented to you. with their advantages and disadvantages. You will then be able to decide which treatment option is best for you.
   
   
2. Can you give me a quote over the phone?
   At Adelaide Dentalcare we can give you an estimated range of costs for simple procedures such as cleaning and inspections. However with fillings the cost depends on the size of the filling and the materials used to restore it. This needs to be discussed with the dentist at the consultation. 
   
   
3. Do you have a Hygienist?
   Adelaide Dentalcare has employed a dental hygienist who is trained in the prevention of tooth decay and gum disease by application of various fluoride therapies, correct oral hygiene techniques, personalised scaling and cleaning and dietary advice.
   
   
4. Will it hurt?
   At Adelaide Dentalcare, we pride ourselves on our pain control, so we ask that the patient lets us know if they experience any discomfort so we can rectify the problem.
   
   
5. What can you do for the nervous patient?
   Adelaide Dentalcare believes that dental care must be comfortable so our surgeries are set up for the provision of local anaesthetic, gas or intravenous sedation. Please feel free to discuss these options with your dentist.
   
   
6. What is your payment policy?
   Like all small businesses Adelaide Dentalcare appreciates payment on the day, but at times this is not always possible. If you are in a health fund we ask that you bring along your health fund card so we can claim your dental rebate through our Hi Caps system. The balance is preferred, but we do operate a 14 day account. Payments not received after the 14 days may incur a debt recovery fee.

   7.  How soon can I be seen?       

         According to what your problem is, we will endeavour to see you either on the day or at the next earliest appointment.
